Phil and Maria have been running training and equipping schools for over twenty years. In 2003 they begain the Deep End School, a nine-month on-sitediscipleship school in Byron Bay. Over the years they have graduated over two hundred students from all over the world. Since the worldwide pandemic they have shifted their ministry focus to online training through the Quantum Mentoring Community.
